Quality Manager

OXE Marine AB is searching for a new Quality manager. You will be part of our continued work in developing OXE Marine as an industrial company, to improve our capabilities, performance, and efficiency. You will be part of a positive and sustainable cultural change, with focus on supplier and partner performance, our systematic work with product development and improvements, as well as developing our quality system and processes. Working in this position means a very tight collaboration both with our development team as well as procurement and production. As in many smaller companies, the position includes both strategic as well as operational responsibilities, and the opportunity to “make difference” is very big.

Description of the position

• Develop and maintain supplier quality performance, incl. supplier evaluation, performance reviews and audits.
  
• Work closely with our manufacturing sites to secure product quality standards, and work with continuous improvements.
  
• Coordinate, secure and actively participate in implementation of product improvements, incl. inspecition and verification of components, suppliers and production processes.
  
• Own and develop product quality related processes, and QA/QC work.
  
• Managing and improving the OXE Quality management system, with the target to achieve an ISO9001 certificate.

We are looking for a person who has

• A “can-do” attitude, is self-driven, structured, and put performance and results in focus

• A solution-oriented mindset, works collaboratively and engages with stakeholders and suppliers

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in working internationally with internal and external partners

• Relevant manufacturing/engineering experience, preferrably from the mechanical or automotive industry.

• Good knowledge in English and Swedish. German is meriting, but not a requirement

• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen etc. is meriting
