As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our ongoing efforts to develop OXE Marine as a leading industrial company. This role will support our commitment to enhancing our capabilities, performance, and efficiency.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented order administrator to support our Parts and Accessories department. Key responsibilities include:
- Process customer orders for parts and accessories with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order history.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries related to parts and accessories, providing knowledgeable and helpful information.
- Monitor back orders
What we’re looking for:
- Graduate in logistics, supply chain, business administration or prior experience in logistics, supply chain, aftermarket support, administrator or related roles
- Good understanding of basic finance (cost control, invoicing, reporting)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit in Sweden is required for this position
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in parts & accessories sales or order administration is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
